If there was a way to give Monica a negative zero I would!!

I was signed to State Farm from one of her agents and I was signed on to the “drive safe program “ I was quoted around $280 for 2 vehicles for full coverage. Everything seemed great until it wasn’t!!

Apparently, the agent that signed me up for my policy didn’t enter my information correctly on my profile but they did submit everything correctly for my spouse.

Because of this error I never received my devices..

Causing my monthly bill to be $100 more than what I was quoted..

Following month I was charged $40 extra

I called to see what was going on with my bill. Spoke to Jennifer, and she’s the one that figured out why I was being charged so much!! Ended up being because of the billing address being entered incorrectly.

When I spoke to Jennifer, I asked her what could be done to get that $140 credited to my nxt bill. Since it was a mistake on State Farm and not me. She told me Monica, was on vacation and she’d call be back once she came back.

Monica, calls me and I missed her call. Gave her a call back. I explained the situation and she stated she’d open a request to State Farm so I could be helped with this situation. Perfect! So I thought. She said she’d give me a call in a few days!!

Never received a call back, email, or text. I had to call her back for an update.

Called back spoke to a different agent at her office. She told me she was busy and had to explain this whole situation again for the 3rd or 4th time by now. This agent told me that Monica, didn’t open a request to corporate and that Monica, never notated our conversations.

I was beyond pissed at this point. I remained patient and professional with all of them at this office.

I called this past Monday and spoke with Jennifer AGAIN. And again I was told that Monica, was busy. Jennifer told me that if Monica, didn’t call me back, then she would no later than that business day!!

That was Monday, today is now Friday and never heard back from them.

I called back today and was told that Monica, would call me.

To my surprise she called me back!

Long story short Monica, told me that she could have to submit a request to corporate ( which according to her this is what she was supposed to do 3 weeks prior) Monica, said that “unfortunately they wouldn’t take her word” and she’d have to submit evidence that they never reached out to me.. Which they didn’t. Monica, said that the $140 wasn’t a life changing amount, so that was that!!!

WOW!!! That was bold of her to say to me!!

She refused to do ANYTHING about this situation.. lied and LIED about how she was going to try and help me!!

I placed a complaint to corporate right away!!

Her attitude was beyond unprofessional, very belittling!!!

I want nothing to do with her nor her office!!

Do yourselves a HUGE favor and never do business here!!"

"When I moved to Oregon, over 10 years ago now, my State Farm agent in California *helped me select Monica's office. Things went along smoothly enough, until we left the area and moved north a bit. Monica and her office CANCELLED my home owner's policy on our NEW house and left the insurance on the house we sold. What's wrong with this picture? We almost had to pay insurance through our lender which would have cost a whole lot more, and we would have been required to have it for THREE (3) years, and less coverage. Our loan agent came to the rescue and persuaded the lender to hold on while we got this mess straightened out. The only way we found out about this was getting the bill from the lender stating that we had NO INSURANCE on our new house!!! They never acknowledged any wrongdoing nor apologized. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy."

Also Monica herself lectured me about personal responsibility while shirking her own responsibility to oversee her employees and look out for her customers.
